This policy explains what information I collect when you visit shrunk3djax.com, scan at one of my events, or place an order, and what I do with it. Shrunk 3D Jacksonville is operated by Dig Dog LLC. When I say “I” or “me,” I mean Dig Dog LLC, doing business as Shrunk 3D Jacksonville.

What I collect

  • Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
  • Order details: the type of subject (vehicle, boat, building or other), print size, add-ons, text for the base, and any special instructions you give me.
  • Photos you upload or hand me: I use them only to build your 3D model.
  • Scans and 360 videos: if you step into my booth at an event, I capture your scan or video and send it to you.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
  • Website data: basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and the tools that run my website.

How I use it

  • To make, print, deliver and support your order.
  • To send you your scan, video or 3D preview for approval.
  • To answer your questions and send order updates.
  • To send offers and news, only if you opted in to marketing messages.

Text messages

By checking the consent box on my forms, you agree to receive text messages from Shrunk 3D Jacksonville at the number you gave me.

  • Order and service texts are separate from marketing texts. Consent to marketing is optional and is not a condition of buying anything.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact me at [email protected] or 904-815-0701.
  • I do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the services I use to run the business:

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which runs my customer records, forms and messaging.
  • Stripe, for payments.
  • The Shrunk 3D franchise network and its printing partners, so your model can be produced.
  • Shipping carriers, so your order can reach you.
  • Anyone the law requires me to share it with.

Your photos and models

You keep ownership of your photos. I will not use your photos or finished models in my marketing without asking you first.

How long I keep it

I keep order records and files as long as I need them for reprints, support, taxes and legal reasons. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, and I will unless I am required to keep it.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or storage system is completely secure.

Children

My website and forms are not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
