Terms of Service

Effective date: October 31, 2026

These terms apply when you use shrunk3djax.com or buy from Shrunk 3D Jacksonville, which is operated by Dig Dog LLC. By placing an order, you agree to them. Booth rentals are covered by their own quote and agreement.

Orders and pricing

  • Prices are the ones shown at the time you order, on my signs, website or iPad.
  • A first 2D-to-3D order includes the design fee. A reprint of a design I have already made is charged at the print price only.
  • Design add-ons, such as interior or engine detail, are one-time fees for the extra design work. They are not charged again on reprints.
  • Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
  • Payment is due when you order.

Your photos

  • You confirm that you own the photos you send me or have permission to use them.
  • You give me permission to use them to design, produce and deliver your model.
  • More and better photos make a better model. I build your model from the photos you provide, so details I cannot see may be approximated.

Design and approval

  • I send you a 3D preview for approval.
  • You get unlimited revisions before you approve.
  • Once you approve, your order goes into production.

Production and delivery

  • Production and delivery typically take 4-6 weeks.
  • That is an estimate, not a guarantee. I do my best, but I cannot promise delivery by a specific date, including holidays.
  • Printing is done on a 3D printer, so small differences in color and finish from what you see on screen are normal.

Refunds

  • Every model is custom-made. Once your order goes into design, it is final and non-refundable.
  • If your model arrives damaged or defective, send me photos within 7 days of delivery. I will reprint or replace it.

If you agree to receive texts, my Privacy Policy explains how they work. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Use of your model

Your model is for your personal use. If you want to sell copies or use it commercially, contact me first.

Limits

  • I am not responsible for delays or problems caused by shipping carriers, printing partners or events outside my control.
  • To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
