What are they made of?
Full-color nylon, printed on an HP Multi Jet Fusion printer. Nylon is durable and holds fine detail.
How long does it take?
About 4 weeks from order to delivery. We’ll give you a clear date when you order.
Can I scan my pet, my kids or my whole crew?
Yes. Couples, families, groups and pets are all welcome. A calm, treat-motivated pet helps.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll reprint or replace it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Figurines are custom-made, so they’re final sale once production starts.
